Get ready to tumble into the Hundred Acre Wood in Singapore. From now to August 31, SKAI has transformed its stunning 70th floor space into a whimsical high tea wonderland for the launch of their Tea With A Little Hunny—after massive success with the Paddington Bear experience last year. Inspired by Disney’s Winnie The Pooh and Friends, this limited-time afternoon tea pairs panoramic skyline views with a menu that masterfully balances nostalgia and elevated culinary craft. The beautiful collaboration is all about capturing the magic of friendship and inviting guests to slow down, share something sweet, and escape with their favourite childhood characters. Here’s what to expect at the first officially Winnie The Pooh High Tea in Singapore.
Why is this Winnie The Pooh High Tea unmissable?
The playful high tea is led by Executive Chef Enver Can Gumus and Executive Pastry Chef Yong Ming Choong. It offers refined sweet and savoury creations reimagined as beloved Disney characters.
Sweet tooth foodies will enjoy the Blushing Strawberry Delight inspired by Piglet, the Golden Hunny Lemon Choux that’s shaped like Pooh’s iconic floating balloon, and the delightful Gentle Meadow Cream Tart topped with popping candy, to name a few.
But the real showstopper is the Nectar Garden dessert. It features a spectacular tableside honey service with three single-origin Indonesian honeys, including a rich Black Forest Honey, tangy Java Cotton Blossom Honey, and a bittersweet Dark Acacia Honey.
Meanwhile, the beloved storybook characters also come to life with incredible refined savoury bites. From Rabbit’s Garden Harvest Basket filled with carrot hummus to a truffle-infused Picnic Blanket Roll packed with Parma Ham, and Tigger’s vibrant Herb Garden labneh and green pea dip…you’ll be in your element. Perfect for a birthday celebration!

Additionally, Eeyore gets a luxurious shoutout with A Little Blue Puff featuring char siu shrimp and Oscietra caviar, while Pooh’s insatiable appetite is honoured with a fluffy Hunny Butter Picnic Bun packed with fig jam, mascarpone, and honeycomb. Pair this with warm homemade scones and gorgeous themed mocktails such as raspberry-laced Sweet Snuggle Fizz or the relaxing chamomile-infused A Smackerel of Hunny.
Wonderfully, Swissôtel The Stamford is extending its Winnie The Pooh celebrations. There’s an enchanting themed staycation available to extend the magic. Guests are treated to themed rooms decked out with playful bunting, illustrated welcome cards, and curated in-room treats. Plus, visitors can swing by the dedicated Disney and Pixar retail pop-up on Level 2 (open daily from 9am to 9pm) to collect free keepsakes or pre-order themed cakes and macrons.
