Eight years after closing its last standalone store at The Star Vista in 2018, homegrown froyo pioneer Sogurt is making a highly-anticipated comeback this December 2026 with a 102-seat flagship at One Holland Village. Founder Lee Li Ping, who originally launched the brand as a university project in 2010, is bringing back the iconic self-serve experience that defined after school hangouts for a generation of Singaporeans. The frozen yoghurt hub is designed for community and connection. The reinvented space will pair its playful, no-rules spirit with communal indoor seating, an alfresco terrace overlooking a pet park, and exclusive merchandise like tote bags and charms.
Meanwhile, the product has undergone a massive premium upgrade despite the beloved pay-by-weight, DIY format remaining untouched. Excitingly, Sogurt has entirely reformulated its recipes from the ground up.
The new tart bases are crafted with real Greek yoghurt, while the fruity numbers use real purées entirely free of artificial preservatives. Plus, richer flavours incorporate high-end ingredients like Swiss chocolates and Bronte pistachios to elevate the dessert experience.
Wonderfully, the new flagship boasts a glowing wall of self-serve taps pouring a rotating lineup of 10 flavours. From classics like Peach Mango Tart, Strawberry Tart, and OG Chocolate to adventurous new creations like high-protein Black Sesame and Matcha…you’ll be spoilt for choice. Additionally, vegan diners will enjoy the dairy-free options like acai and Guava Sorbet.
After swirling their froyo, customers hit the central toppings stage to load their cups with plenty of goodies. Highlights include passionfruit popping boba, chewy mini mochi, Biscoff crumble, trendy pistachio kunafa, or decadent warm chocolate and salted caramel straight from a tap.
In the lead up to the December launch, fans can peel physical stickers directly off the construction hoarding to uncover flavour teasers, win rewards, and claim exclusive giveaways to take home. Certainly, the perfect Christmas treat this season.
