1. David Beckham
David Beckham made a surprise visit to Singapore in November 2024. Beckham was mainly spotted at various locations within Marina Bay Sands as part of the launch of MBS’s new brand campaign: Above Beyond. He made appearances at the ArtScience Museum (his personal favourite), the Rimowa store, and the Boss outlet at The Shoppes in MBS. Plus, he participated in a global press event at the Sands Theatre on November 7. Additionally, he was seen interacting with Singaporean singer JJ Lin and billionaire Peter Lim. Beckham even posted to social media: ”Love Singapore ❤️ So happy to be back 🇸🇬 Just keeps getting better and better 🙌🏼”
2. Dua Lipa
British-Albanian popstar Dua Lipa was spotted in Singapore in November before her first show. During her visit, she posted on Instagram photos of her and friends exploring the city. In fact, she was seen enjoying the local culinary scene at many popular locations including Maxwell Food Centre. She shared pictures of herself trying various local dishes like laksa from 328 Katong Laksa, chili crab from New Ubin Seafood, chicken rice, soya beancurd, and more at hawker centres.
3. Lisa
Lisa from Blackpink seems to love Singapore. She has been spotted her on many occasions since she rose to fame. In fact, she visited Singapore at least twice this year. In March 2024, she attended Taylor Swift and SHINee concerts before she hosted her own solo concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium in November 2024. During her visits, Lisa was spotted indulging on local delicacies like kaya toast and chicken rice, showcasing her appreciation of Singaporean cuisine.
4. JJ Lin
Singaporean superstar JJ Lin is no stranger to the people of Singapore. He was seen at gathering in Marina Bay Sands with David Beckham and Singaporean billionaire Peter Lim in early November 2024. Plus, the iconic singer posted a group picture at the event to Instagram. You can expect to see JJ Lin this December for his upcoming concert at National Stadium Singapore.
5. Olivia Rodrigo
Olivia Rodrigo and her actor boyfriend Louis Partridge were seen together along Orchard Road in Singapore in October 2024. Fans captured videos of the pair casually walking on the street. Meanwhile, they were spotted again at Craig Road in Tanjong Pagar after her second sold-out concert at Singapore Indoor Stadium.
