Tiffany & Co. will open the first official Blue Box Cafe in Singapore next week on July 15, 2026. Situated on the third floor of the brand’s flagship store at ION Orchard, the cafe was developed in collaboration with Chef Julien Royer—who is the chef-owner of three Michelin-starred Odette and popular French eatery Claudine. In fact, it will be the very first Tiffany Blue Box Cafe in Southeast Asia. The opening follows the recent reopening of Tiffany & Co’s ION Orchard flagship. And it joins its sister locations in places like New York and Tokyo. Read on to find out the latest.
Singapore’s Tiffany Blue Box Cafe Menu
Chef Royer has designed a menu around breakfast, afternoon tea, and all-day à la carte dining. It draws on French technique, American references, and Singaporean ingredients.
The breakfast, titled Breakfast at Tiffany’s, is presented on a 2-tier silver stand and includes viennoiseries, baguettes with Beillevaire butter, smoked trout, and Royer’s signature soft-boiled egg made with Japanese Oita eggs and finished with Oscietra caviar.

Meanwhile, Tea at Tiffany’s is a wonderful afternoon tea featuring a 3-tier set with savoury items such as a Croque Madame wrapped in filo pastry with aged Comté and Béchamel, a potato millefeuille with caviar and crème fraîche, and a wagyu cecina roll with black truffle. Pastries include a pandan chouquette, a calamansi tartelette, and a Vanuatu vanilla flan.
Additionally, we can’t forget about standout dishes served all day for lunch or dinner. These include Confit Yellow Chicken—Royer’s interpretation of Singapore chicken rice, prepared with Niigata rice cooked claypot-style and finished with chicken skin and a sake-seaweed beurre blanc sauce. Plus, there are homemade burgers, Alaskan Spot Prawn Dumpling, and a number of unique French American desserts.
