GAMO is a new Muslim–owned bakery serving a range of authentic French and Japanese-inspired bakes in Singapore. It is located at Bras Basah Complex near CHIJMES. Wonderfully, it’s one of the very few bakeries using Japanese and French flavours, with French-making techniques, to create delicious halal-friendly pastries, cakes and more sweet and savoury treats.
Particularly, they’ve jumped on the viral circular croissant trend, first made famous in New York. GAMO’s unique versions include the sweet Kaya Croon, a local inspiration with a twist while the nutty Black Sesame is a serious crowd-pleaser.
Another favourite among customers is the exclusive Kani Crab Mentaiko Croissant. It consists of crab sticks, mentaiko sauce and spice. While other menu highlights include a range of crispy French croissants from Double Chocolate to Plain Butter, Chicken Sausage Croissants as the perfect grab-and-go snack, the fruity Strawberry Guava Mochi Tart and Chocolate Hazelnut Rolls, to name a few.
Plus, there’s a selection of hearty coffees and other beverages to pair with your unique pastries at GAMO bakery in Singapore.
